I was renting a car from Enterprise Rental Cars while trying to figure out my next move for a new vehicle. I explained my situation to Luke Crowhurst at Enterprise Rental Cars. He informed me that he could give my information to Enterprise Car Sales and someone would be in contact with me. I had never heard of Enterprise Car Sales, even when I was trying to do my own online research for a new vehicle. Later the same day, I was contacted by Joshua Johnson and an appointment was arranged for the next day. Joshua was very attentive to my family's needs. He even helped to keep my five-year-old daughter entertained as my husband and I handled business. The environment of the business felt like visiting family instead of a car dealership. So, far as the actual vehicle purchase, the office manager went above and beyond. I was able to purchase a vehicle that I never imagined I could own. We ended up purchasing a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan GT. This vehicle was not originally on the lot. It was transported to Glen Burnie. The details of the financing and available options were explained to us in a language we could understand. I did not feel pressured to buy.
