Great Car/Poor Customer Service I purchased a Chevrolet Trax from this location on March 16,2018. I can say I love my vehicle but the handling of the sale/customer service has been e I purchased a Chevrolet Trax from this location on March 16,2018. I can say I love my vehicle but the handling of the sale/customer service has been extremely dissatisfactory. Ive had several calls since purchasing my vehicle from finance manager, car salesman, finance company. From the initial sale important paperwork was left out, when I returned to get a few days later I was left waiting for over a hour on a slow day. Then the calls started about things that shouldn't been handled initial sale, ex. Finance company didn't have my parttime job number to verify employment, I needed to call them, then when I spoke to them twice got calls two days later from salesman saying they needed proof of residency (a bill). I was told by finance manager when I returned to get copy of my Gap insurance that my payments would drop a few dollars due to my cancellationof tire/wheel plan. When I spoke with finance company lady she was like she wasn't aware I dropped anything and once she checked into it she would call me back. She was nice & efficient called me back within the hour. Stated finance manager told me wrong for payments to drop a new contract should've been signed and they would stay the same..And overage will come back to me at payoff in the form of a check. But today was the straw that broke the camel's back so to speak with this location's customer service and hence my reasoning to write this review which I had talked myself out of after the prior incidents. I got a call at work today again from the financial manager. Left a voice stating there was a mix up with my vin numbers on car, I needed to go to a ACS certified location get my car inspected cause the transfer of my tags is being held up by this. Like I said Im at work so on my break I call to get further explanation. What resoluted throughout my conversations with this manager is a callus disregard for you being inconvenienced to do things they should have handled, a matter of fact tone like it's my job...No yaw dropped the ball!!It's just poor customer service and I love enterprise but this locale doesn't serve the brand well. More

Sales Associate Justin asked me what I was looking for - which was a van for c From the moment I arrived I was treated with friendliness and respect. Sales Associate Justin asked me what I was looking for - which was a van for camping - and took me directly to vans - no suggestions of this or that to my relief. I was on a mission and he took my needs serious without any haggling. I fell in love with the very first van he showed me - and more so when Justin showed me all the bells and whistles that would make this the best van for long trips and camping. I told him lets get the paperwork done, but first he wanted me to do a test drive. As soon as I just sat in the chosen van I knew it was just right for me and the test drive put any doubts Justin may have had that this really was the van for me. Hunter guided me through the buying process and gave me lot of valuable information. And then she was mine. Riding in this van is a joy and pleasure; she handles well, sits comfortably, great mirrors, roomy - like I said, perfect for me. Thanks to Justin and Hunter I was able to find the van of my dreams and drive her off the lot a very, very happy customer. I have sung your praises and recommended your products. Amazing I drove in the lot just looking and Mrs. Izzy came out in the rain and greeted me. When I came back to get the van she wasn't there but another awesome gentlemen helped me and said that Izzy would be back the next day.
