dissatisfied customer I purchased my car on black Friday what started out to be an exciting experience ended up being a nightmare to say the least. Well to say the least I I purchased my car on black Friday what started out to be an exciting experience ended up being a nightmare to say the least. Well to say the least I bought the car on black Friday drove it for a week and took it back for what I thought some minor repairs instead it ended up being major repairs (my transmission had to be rebuilt, which I'm still not happy about, I wanted to give the car back to dealership or at least get another car). I don't feel that I got the service that I deserved after purchasing a car from them and it going into the shop for some major repairs right away, the car was in and out of the shop for over a month and I had to pay a car payment on the car and it wasn't in my possession and I had only had in my possession for only a week and a half. I didn't feel that the dealership had my best interest at heart and I felt as if I was taking my life into my own hands driving the car with it's problems and no one cared. I am still trying to figure out a way to get out of this car and I will not give up. I have made attempts to contacting some legal advice in getting out of this car as well as contacting Nissan HQ's. I don't know what will become of all of this but I just want to say that my experience with the dealership was not a happy one and I don't know if I would ever do it again.. P.s. My dealer was really nice and he tried to do what he could for me with the car but I know that he could only do so much, his name was Zach W. More

The Hyundai Accent I purchased had a battery issue 8 days after I purchased the vehicle from Enterprise and I called Mr. Phillips to tell him the issue. He immediately responded and stated that Enterprise would take care of it and Enterprise has stood by their word.
