When we were ready to buy cars in the past, it was suggested that we try Enterprise - and with great reluctance I did so (having been a dyed in the wool new-only from the dealerships) and it turned out to be a great success. It was a no brainer when we needed new ones thereafter. We met some really great and awesome people at the sales office - This time around, Lindi Bedore handled the sales with aplomb - she had a lot of patience with my unending questions on emails - responding very timely and thoroughly -welcomed me on the day of the pick up and things could not have gone smoother, It took a bit of hunting but our new car came from Chicago - and my wife loves it - it has all the bells and whistles that she needs - and without hassle, haggling and stress - a few papers signed and the deal was done! Best Car Purchase Experience Ever My husband's car was totalled in an accident and we needed another car immediately. From the time we entered the shop we felt welcomed and at ease. Jhonathan Sanchez asked my husband a list of features that he wanted and a list that were musts. He also asked what was our budget. Jhonathan got my husband exactly what he was looking for, a Cherokee Jeep 4X4 in his favorite color-black, and within our budget. The finance managers got the approval and shortly after we were driving off as very happy customers. I cannot say enough about Jhonathan as he was very personable, helpful and knowledgeable. This was by far the best and quickest experience we've ever had when purchasing a vehicle. I cannot wait until we return for me to get a new vehicle in a few months. More

My car insurance covered rentals with Enterprise and I was reminded they sell cars! Worked with Jhonatan at the East Hartford location. He was great. No pressure. Showed me lots of options in my price range. Got a 2016 Toyota Corolla. Did notice that back and front tires did not match but they replaced once asked. I highly recommend. Just know they have not replaced fluids in cars like transmission, power steering, etc. Oil yes, but others they top off. Still completely recommend and Jhonatan was super helpful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Get your next car at Enterprise Car Sales!! More
