I searched and found one on an Enterprise lot in Kansas. I filled out a little online form indicating my interest in a particular truck. Within 20 minutes Josue Hernandez called me. I drove to the Enterprise lot in Urbandale so they could look at the truck I was trading in. I told Josue and Edin Suljic (finance manager) what I wanted and less than 90 minutes after filling out the online form I signed papers for the new vehicle. Josue secured the truck in Kansas and arranged to have it transported to his dealership. He kept me updated daily and on Thursday just after lunch he called to tell me that my new truck had arrived and was waiting for me. I cleaned out my truck and headed to the dealership. So, four days after clicking on something online for a truck in Kansas, I was driving the new truck. Josue was amazing! More

Price - This was our 2nd vehicle purchased from the Urbandale, IA loction. Since we are not first time car buyers we expected the price + sales tax+ tag/title+ paperwork fee = $21,500. It came in at $21,300. I always want to buy a car at a fair and reasonable price, and that's what we got here. Courtesy- Stefen is very friendly and just the sort of person we like doing business with! Process - When we sat down with Stefen he explained the money terms to us in an easy to understand way. We also liked the no hassle process from Edin when we sat down with him in the business office. We had purchased our first car from Edin and he was just as courteous as I remembered. I would definitely recommend Enterprise. And, call them first if you want a specific car because I wanted the white one and it sold 5 minutes before I arrived. I bought an identical vehicle in a silver color though, and I'm happy. More
