Lynn went to work and with the assistance of Malissa worked out a deal that I can’t stop telling people about. The gist of the story is that I am now driving a beautiful Ford Escape that I am totally in love with and feel like I made two new friends that I am also in love with. More

However, working with this team made me reconsider my opinion car buying. No one has ever spent the time to make me feel like I was the most important person. From the moment Andrea Bowers called me, I was impressed. She was personable, caring and knowledgeable. Joe Peace, educated me on buying car and what banks are looking for and how to fix my credit since I am not perfect. I left the first time without a car but because of the attention I received I decided to go back once my insurance claim was settled. Andrea, Joe, Kim and James got me in a 2015 Jeep Cherokee with less down than originally asked. They went above and beyond for me and I would recommend anyone to go and see them!! Never had a better buying experience in my life :) I must say that Andrea, James and Kim deserve a promotion!! More

Would Recommend Enterprise Car Sales I called Enterprise to search for a used vehicle. Before I called Enterprise, I was just about to leave home to head out to look at a Ford for sale o I called Enterprise to search for a used vehicle. Before I called Enterprise, I was just about to leave home to head out to look at a Ford for sale on the lot at another rental company's car sales locally in my town of Colorado Springs. When I called Enterprise, I spoke with Lynn and she kindly walked me through the enterprise website and showed me several options for purchasing the same Ford vehicle however, there were none available in CO and would need to be sent in by freight. I told Lynn I need a car available on your lot "today". She asked me a few questions about price range, etc., and I took home a beautiful 2016 Chrysler 200 that I really like that same night. Normally, I would not consider buying a car that far away but I found that with the initial phone call Lynn was very informative, explained the details of how well maintained their vehicles are and the no-haggle pricing. Lynn was personable, friendly, helpful and professional and really treated me with respect. She is very dedicated to her customers. All of the Enterprise staff and managers Joe Peace and Kelly Mendez, at the location were very courteous, friendly and generally just sincere, really "nice" people to associate with overall. Frankly I wish I had started with Enterprise in the very beginning and would have saved myself a lot of agony and TIME! On another note, the vehicle had 2 chips/cracks in the windshield before I purchased, and so it was replaced at no cost to me via Enterprise's relationship with Safelight. Safelight was equally great to work with and very efficient. The only area for improvement with my experience was the financing side. I wanted to go with my own bank that had already pre-approved me but due to the week-end was not able to get done from Enterprise over the phone and so another bank had to be researched which did take a few more hours. I would definitely repeat my business with Enterprise at Highlands Ranch and refer anyone looking for a great deal to visit them as well. More
