They put me in a brand new car with all the amenities and made the process the smoothest car buying experience I've ever had. Trust me I've had some horrible experiences at those buy here...payhere places since my credit is so bad. I'm going to wait a few years and come back to Enterprise and upgrade my vehicle. It could not have been a more positive experience. It really is hassle free. I purchased a 2015 Chrysler 200 dark grey and it was perfect for me. Purchase a new car Everyone was very friendly, however there were many problems with my Bill of Sale, transfer of plates that took me two weeks to resolve. Received New Everyone was very friendly, however there were many problems with my Bill of Sale, transfer of plates that took me two weeks to resolve. Received New plates instead of the transfer of plates to my new car. Had to go to Motor Vehicle to to resolve the problems. Also by not properly transferring the plates, I got a at $65.00 ticket and had issues securing the loan. Enterprise was helpful, but they need to reevaluate there procedures with out of state process. More
