I bought a 2020 Nissan Rogue from Arthur in Columbia, SC. It was my 1st nearly new vehicle. I LOVE MY ROGUE!!!!! Arthur was patient, personable, professional, and very knowledgeable. I was so jaded about car It was my 1st nearly new vehicle. I LOVE MY ROGUE!!!!! Arthur was patient, personable, professional, and very knowledgeable. I was so jaded about car salesmen and how they were all out to swindle us. Arthur completely put my mind and apprehensions at ease! He took the extra effort of driving my new Rogue almost 100 miles to Spartanburg, SC to sign the paperwork. That was most impressive. I purposely waited this long before writing a review for something to go wrong with this beautiful vehicle. Date purchased: January 2022. My children and I drove to Georgia aquarium February 2022. Not one problem!! I kept waiting for something bad to happen. I know that it has just been only a month but everything that Arthur promised has come true. All of the options that I requested were met. He was honest and trustworthy about the rates, warranties that I could add and fees that were not necessary for me to purchase. I definitely can not say that about other car salesmen. Thank you soo much for making feel secure about my purchase. I look forward to enjoying this vehicle for a long time. More

Nissan Rogue Sales representative was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to show us and explain in great detail the features of many vehicles. She answered all our questions and was very patient. We never felt any pressure to buy anything. We ended buying a Nissan Rogue and the once we decided on purchasing this vehicle it took less than 30 minutes to complete the sale. They also assist us to add the new vehicle to our auto insurance. Went in and had a conversation with Chanel, my salesperson, browsed a few more trucks that were not on website and found exactly what I wanted. The price was extremely fair based on my previous research. Process took about 2 hours total. After receiving vehicle, I did notice a few paint issues and that the windshield had a small crack. Contacted dealership, and Kyle, F-N-I guy, handled it promptly. They even repainted the hood to correct the paint issue. 100% impressed with Enterprise. More

missed on inspection transfer The truck had been transferred to the Columbia store. All went well at the store and city test drive even being a rainy day. On the way home the truck wood shake bad at times and I wondered if it was the road because I do not drive 385 very much. The next day drove the truck on the roads I know and the truck still had a shake and the change oil lite came on. crawled under the truck to change the oil and check the drive train to make sure nothing was loose and the underside drive train and trans pan cooling fins are packed in mud. next to check the air filter, it was black and clogged. Called Columbia after they opened that morning and they apologized and said they would fix it. Monday morning they hand me in to the NTB tire store. They cleaned the mud that was stuck on the inside of the rims and put new tires on the truck and checked the drive train. I could not find someone that cleaned the underside of vehicles that could get the mud off, so I bought a under carriage washer for my pressure washer and did that myself. All said they did offer to pay for the materials I bought to service the truck. I was in a hurry because of my brothers heath needs and Nick did come in on his day off to work with me. It was rush to meet my needs and they did make everything right. Thank you Columbia TEAM John Thomas More
