I shopped 3 different dealers. This is not my first buying experience from Enterprise Car Sales it's my second. I don't even know why I shop elsewhere . This dealer is 5 STAR!! I went in with low expectations expecting to be denied due to poor credit score. That didn't stop Nathaniel Hube or Tim Kern the financial wizard who has Great Jokes! Their teamwork got me into the car I wanted and got me financing I never thought would happen. You go into most dealers and are ignored or they look right thru you if your not dealing directly with them. Not here EVERY person working here who comes in your space is very friendly and warm smiling greeting offering beverages . I felt like I was home on the couch with family. A man came out of the offices to tell me my insurance agent was on the phone. He took me to an office offered me a drink and gave me the phone so I could talk to the Insurance Agent in private. You can't be disappointed here! They treat you like a human being and not just another car sale. They guide you thru each and every step have solutions for every problem . Tim was so awesome he even gave me excellent advice on things to do in the future plus left door open to call him back if ever a need. Nathaniel is so on top of things he even went out in snow and cold and removed my license plates from my trade in car. That kind of detail work is noticed and appreciated. They do so much to make everything perfect! Right down to the last detail. Great car buying experience Went into see about buying a car, meet with Adam! First he offered us something to drink and then started to ask what we was looking for! Once we told them what we were looking for, they were able to pin point 10 vehicles that we could chose from. They brought the vehicle in and the first time my wife saw it, we drove it home. They re-cleaned the vehicle and filled it up with fuel. Great experience and great price for a vehicle we had our eye on already! More
