A great way to purchase an Automobile Darius Sellers was our Sales Associate. He is an admirable person. No longer do salesman receive a commission. Yet, he gave us excellent service. It w Darius Sellers was our Sales Associate. He is an admirable person. No longer do salesman receive a commission. Yet, he gave us excellent service. It was very obvious that he cares about people, his family and his employer. I had heard that Enterprise used cars were the perfect way to buy an automobile. I avoided retail that I would have paid for a new car. I purchased an auto with 27000 miles. The auto sold for 41% less than list with a free 12 month guarantee from Enterprise, and an additional 12,000 miles from the auto maker. I could not be more pleased and would advise everyone to purchase from Enterprise. More

Nice people but too much miscommunication My agent was very kind, helpful, and available. My qualms are with the efficiency of this dealership, streaming from the management down. Every time I My agent was very kind, helpful, and available. My qualms are with the efficiency of this dealership, streaming from the management down. Every time I called, emailed, or spoke with them, there was an expectation they had not yet expressed. For example, I was told my the manager my car was ready for me to pick up but, I had to ask if he was sure because they had not received payment from me. What if I had just said "ok!" and showed up? It would've been a wasted trip. Once they actually had received payment, I was ready to go and pick up the car and was told "I wasn't aware you were going to pick it up today. It needs to be washed and the windshield needs prepare." If it was ready two days ago, why isn't it ready now? And why is it now dirty with a cracked windshield? Have people been driving it? I was also "reminded" last minute, as if I was already supposed to know, that I needed to bring a copy of updated insurance info for the temp tag after I had already given them my insurance info. What if I had just shown up as told without it? That would've been a wasted trip. It's not like I buy new cars all of the time. Everything that is taking place or needs to take place should be laid out plain and simple for the customer so that it is clear what is required of them. Miscommunication and inefficiency is preventable and unnecessary and is the source of ample wasted time. There are several other examples of things that I strongly disliked about doing business with enterprise. Overall, it has been such a hassle going through with this purchase...and a lot of waiting in the office for a manager to become available! I don't know if I'd recommend enterprise to anyone else for their next car purchase. More
