I was sold a vehicle with mechanical issues even as the staff indicate AAA certified. I called seeking help within 48 hours of purchase and requested help. No one called back. Outside of being sold a lemon staff indicate AAA certified. I called seeking help within 48 hours of purchase and requested help. No one called back. Outside of being sold a lemon, I was forced to finance with Enterprise lenders. I came to location already pre-approved by my credit union. I was told I would lose the car if I went with my bank because there is no way to electronically transfer the funds with an outside lender. My pre-approved financing is 50% lower than Bank of America which was the lowest option, even with a good credit score. I feel as if I was manipulated, mislead, and avoided until paperwork was processed to the benefit of the location. This is not representative of quality customer care. I cannot in good conscious support or endorse this company. I am beyond disheartened by the ways I have been mistreated in this purchase. More

Dishonest transactions Needed a quick purchase due to slim time available to buy a car. Told this to Enterprise sales rep, Jesse. Instead had to wait over a week for car t Needed a quick purchase due to slim time available to buy a car. Told this to Enterprise sales rep, Jesse. Instead had to wait over a week for car transport from GA when told 2 days arrival. Lesson: Don't let them know your time frame. Walter with that Enterprise's finance department, to which we did not finance with Enterprise, completes the final paperwork. Told by Jesse that trade-in on old van would be $500, then Walter low-xxxxx at $300. Lesson: Get In writing -- prior. Then told by Enterprise, via its rep. Jesse, that we would get the Enterprise Buy Back Special loan % if we had stellar credit, to which we do, & with a particular credit union' s approval, but had to be approved before May 2017 when the Buy Back Special ended. We got approval asap end of April before the Buy Back Special ended, and that approval was submitted by the credit union loan rep to Enterprise's reps we dealt with, being Jesse & Walter. Enterprise did not honor the buy back. Fortunately, the credit union did honor it, finding the situation from Enterprise repugnant too. To be fair, we found this young sales rep, Jesse, to be very personable as most car sales reps are to garner a buy. I made a gentleman's promise that I would only buy this car from Jesse & within 2-3 weeks due to the slim timeframe on my part. Sadly, this Enterprise, from the actions of its two reps, did not honor an ethical car sales delivery. Honesty was missing; hoodwinking took its place. Again, terribly disappointing. We have now written corporate in hopes this type of car sales behavior stopped so others will not go through this type of car buying experience at that Enterprise dealership. As a sidebar: We bought a car from Enterprise in Appleton , WI, a year ago & again on a slim timeframe, but it was completed with pure professionalism to include the car fully in tack of the goods it should have on and in it. It was an excellent, cordial, and professional transaction. So there are Enterprise Car Sales with reputable dealings. Sadly, we have to report, since Enterprise has requested we write a review/evaluation, that this transaction was very disappointing when dealing with Jesse and Walter on behalf of this Enterprise establishment. We held our word and gave them our business in complete trust & compliance at best. This transaction can not help but cast seeds of doubt from here on out. Disappointing commentary. More
