This is how they doing it. I had an appointment. Took way to long to close the deal. Never drove the van I bought til was legally mine???? Couldn't tell me how to work seat belt I had an appointment. Telling me they will goggle it and call me when I get home.... (Are you serious) washed the vehicle and left the roof dirty. Said putting gas in it and only put in a 1/4 tank.(really) I pay $17,000 for a vehicle and barely enough gas to get home?(wow). Made me get a money order,knew I needed it, and waited to closing to send me to get it..and when I ask to drive the new van,she looked at as if I was crazy.. So I drove the van I was trading in.and Let's not forget they knew I was coming and had to wait 3 hours for the vehicle to arrive...didn't have there. Kept calling me inside to Go over paper work, and every time I came in I stood for atleast 15 min. And no one came so returned back outside, because I had. Informed them my friend was out side sitting with my 5 children. They knew where out there and never invited them to come in till we where ready to rap it up... I would never recommend any one to this Ill behavior.... I'm a business woman as well and trust me when I say I would never subject anyone to what I feel was not appropriate, or ethical.
