Amazing group! I DROVE almost 3 hours just to buy a car here because they were THAT amazing. Had emailed, texted AND called 2 weeks ahead with Hawken! He never left I DROVE almost 3 hours just to buy a car here because they were THAT amazing. Had emailed, texted AND called 2 weeks ahead with Hawken! He never left me out of the loop and was amazing at getting me all the information I needed and wanted and then even more. When I was finally able to go everyone made my visit extremely welcomed. The one person I was keeping in contact was not going to be there so I was a little worried, but instead of having to explain my situation or why I was there, Zach automatically greeted me and brought out all my paperwork. They were very organized and prepared. I test drove the car I had initially came to see and ended up not liking it, the team quickly was able to find another one even better for me to test drive and I DID end up getting the second car. Dakota was amazing. He and Zach answered all my questions. I brought my father along also and they also included him in everything that was going on too. That I appreciated a lot. Zach's knowledge on all the cars was phenomenal. Art was able to sit with me and go through all the paperwork, quickly and accurately. Answered all my questions and was able to break it down to simpler form for me to understand. Was extremely patient with me. My car had a full tank of gas and they even extra cleaned while I was finishing up my paperwork. The whole team at enterprise was amazing. However, I think they could improve on customer follow through. I was contacted by someone asking about my experience, and I told her that I felt that Enterprise could do a better job of detailing the vehicles for their customers after they make the purchase. The person I spoke with offered me a full detail on my car, stating she would get back with me, and I never heard from her again. I also think that instead of only providing a half a tank of gas when someone purchases a car, they should provide a FULL tank, which is common with other dealerships... however, they did give me a full tank when I asked for it. Overall the experience was good and the staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating. More
