My "New to ME" Car Experience I was referred to Enterprise Sales and James Ford, by my credit union, NFCU. NFCU assured me II would a very pleasant experience. CORRECT. James wa I was referred to Enterprise Sales and James Ford, by my credit union, NFCU. NFCU assured me II would a very pleasant experience. CORRECT. James was personable, friendly, helpful, reassuring, and NO high pressure sales tactics. James was also timely and accommodating with appointments. I was also very hesitant about purchasing a vehicle I had not actually in reality seen and driven. James assured me that I need not worry, if the vehicle did not live up to the virtual image, when the vehicle arrived we could cancel and start over. I was most impressed with James' willingness to help me find a vehicle meeting my requirements and budget. My 2017 Nissan Pathfinder meets both requirements and budget. The financing part was the easiest I have ever experienced. NFCU and Enterprise were one happy family. No haggling, no back and forth. In less that 20 minutes all the paperwork was completed. My grandchildren are delighted and happy that I now have a vehicle that can carry all six of them and fishing gear, and/or soccer stuff, or and/or baseball stuff. Since my purchase, we have been on two fishing trips, countless baseball and/or soccer practices and/or games. Again, Thank you James and the entire Enterprise Sales Team that made it possible and of course my credit union, NFCU, that suggested Enterprise. I will certainly suggest this possibility to others.
