Fantastic experience with caring people Never knew Enterprise sold vehicles, I always rented. Until receiving a phone call from Sean. When I was in a bind Sean took the time out and explained everything I needed to know. When I arrived at the Essington location, They were very busy with customers. But Sean set me up with Patrick and eventually Jeff, which they helped me figure out what kind of a vehicle will suit me according my life style with driving. I was really amazed how much time Patrick gave me even when they were ready to close. Still trying to figure out what will suit me. Sean and Patrick lined me up with different vehicles to test drive. Narrowed my options down to what I liked. Sean, nailed what I would feel conformable in driving. Than it came down to price, what I was able to afford. Sean spent time working with me looking thru his massive inventory. There was a vehicle that was to be for someone else, which I like the price tag. Sean worked things out to bring in the vechicle of my choice in the very next day. Keep in mind, I can't believe how fast they sale vehicles and quarter of their lot becomes empty each day. I started to worry if I would lose this vehicle. Sean made me feel very relaxed, reinsuring and helping me figure out this vechicle will suit me. He called my insurance company to find out my new rate. Made sure I fits into my budget. Took care of anything I was in question of. Even Domenic got and a Mark got involved. Took me about 3 to 4 days trying to make my mind up. Till finally I settled for a vehicle with great miles for being so new wit what i feel was a good price tag. Domenic even honored my personal mechanic AMF. Which they only found 3 minor concerns. Domenic without hesitation covered everything that my personal mechanic found and documented. I even referenced a family member and they purchased as well. Domenic was very nice and gave me a free gasoline fillup when I need it. My experience was a good one, the staff are very nice and sincere and knew about each vehicle and went out of there way to help find that vechicle for me. They all know how to treat people. They are not pushy nor put pressure on me to make a purchase. Even after the sale went thru, I recently stopped by and every member of the team welcomed me. Asking how I'm enjoying my vehicle. They are far different than dealerships which I've dealt with many and always hated those experiences. I highly recommend Enterprise Car Sale. Try it, Walk in and take a look.
