Ennis Ford did nothi I got on the Ford reservation list for the 2022 Ford F150 Lighting. Ford assigned this dealership to me based on my zip code. Ennis Ford did nothing to get this truck for me. The truck came in and Ennis Ford charged me above the MSRP. " Ford said in a letter to dealers. That letter also warned that any dealers caught increasing prices might not get all the Lightnings they and their customers had ordered." I hope Ford keeps their word. There are a lot of good Ford dealerships in the Ennis area, but Ennis Ford is not one of them. I would try and avoid this dealership unless just like paying more for a vehicle than you have to. Good luck in your car purchase. More

So I took a 2018 Mint 11000 mile Platinum F150 in because my wrench light was on. The service writer told me they would look at it and could take a month. He called and told me it was a Transmission fuel pump my wrench light was on. The service writer told me they would look at it and could take a month. He called and told me it was a Transmission fuel pump and they would have to order it. Not a problem! Took about two weeks I had gone to Ennis because of my experience with Mack Haik and Waxahachie horrible. I was told this dealer was exceptional. Well got the call to pick up my truck went to start if transmission fuel poored out of it. Had to leave it the rest of the day and come back to get it. Now with 11000 miles on it you can tell I do not drive it I baby it. So a week later I pulled it out of the garage and noticed a puddel of Transmission oil I looked under to see if I could see it on the skid plate. 2018 F150 FX4 package my skid plate was not there. I called the dealer 10-17-2021 left a message that I had a leak and my skid plate was not put back. I did not hear from them and have not heard from them. Also I had a light programmer that I had asked the service writer about. My truck was re programmed by Ennis and is running rough. I left a message asking about were my programmer was and why my truck was running rough. The Service writer told me I cant use the P word I asked what he replied programmer. I said I cant use the programmer he said no it voids the warranty. I called Ford and they to.d me no that my warranty was fine this I will take as a misunderstanding but the bottom line is I did not get my Truck back in the shape I gave it to the dealer in. And my SKID plate has disappeared. Now I have to find another dealer and see if I cant find someone that understands Trust and Integrity as this dealer in my mind dose not. When you cant return a call I believe you have something to hide maybe my skid plate. Tim McClean asked me to contact him I called twice left a message twice he never returned my call. Just got my Vehicle back after 30 day's from Auto Nation it was a mess Ennis lied about the service work done or the technician is 100% incompetent . AutoNation get's a 10. More
I found the F-150 King Ranch truck from their website and called, speaking with a Greg Wilborn. Greg was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and had the keys on his desk, truck pulled up front when I arrive called, speaking with a Greg Wilborn. Greg was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and had the keys on his desk, truck pulled up front when I arrived. We started the negotiations dance and finally settled on a great price for their truck and my trade-in. In all very smooth process and I highly recommend Greg and Ennis Ford. In fact a friend of mine that I referred bought a new F-250. Have not had to use their service department so I can not speak of their work... More

Jim Brown is the internet dealer and he was so personable and helpful and answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. When my husband and I arrived at the dealership everything was ready for us, vehicle was parked out front, clean and ready to test drive. Once we returned from the test drive Ben, the finance manager had paperwork ready and all the numbers were as they promised. Once paperwork was finalized, Jim took the time to show us all the bells and whistles on the Expedition. He was so nice and down to earth. We would highly recommend Ennis Ford for your next vehicle purchase. More
