Being new to the area I decided to give this Dodge dealership a try. I did not have the best experience with my first visit at this dealership. As a AAA member getting my Car towed to this dealership dealership a try. I did not have the best experience with my first visit at this dealership. As a AAA member getting my Car towed to this dealership for repair I was supposed to receive a 10% discount up to $100 that was confirmed by the service advisor before starting the repair process. Once I picked up my car, there was no discount added. Once I asked why my AAA discount wasn’t added I was given a $50 discount instead of the full $100 that was confirmed. Also, the estimated repair cost that was presented to me was $1265.70 but when I went to pick up my car I was told the total was over $1600. With all of that being said, I do not believe I will be using this dealership moving forward. More

It took over 2 hours for an oil change and I was the first car in that morning. They said that they had to wait for an air filter from the part store, should have sent someone on staff to go and pick it first car in that morning.
