What a pleasure to deal with these people, especially after trying to work with some of the other dealerships around. We knew what we were looking for and were fortunate that they had a 2016 Outback limited in their lot. Since we had done our homework at several other Subaru dealerships, we knew right away that the offer they made us was honest and fair, so we never haggled the initial price quoted to us. They even gave us an upgraded option at no cost. That being said, we were extremely happy with the deal, plus a very fair trade in value. This is not your high-pressure dealership. They are knowledgeable, honest, friendly and willing to work with you. Do yourself a favor, check out the others guys,then go to Metric. Should start here FIRST. I went to other dealers and know the stories. The one that was "on the truck" was actually here and I sat in it. I knew where it came from before walk I went to other dealers and know the stories. The one that was "on the truck" was actually here and I sat in it. I knew where it came from before walking in (Sales people should hide their invoice papers when they go to "Speak to the Manager") and the sales team were regular people and were no pressure for sales. My whole sale took maybe 30 min. My pickup was almost 3 hrs BUT not for the fault of them but MY insurance company and the DMV in NY. To make this short, I am going back to the same guys to get my son's next car in a couple of months, and looking for the same car for me. I figure, 2-3 cars in one year means I am serious about these guys. I felt very comfortable dealing with them. They introduced me to the Service Dept. and they and the people waiting were all happy which tells me service was good although maybe the coffee may not be! All in all a great experience and am looking to buy again shortly. Thank you John Zona and Larry Merola and the rest of the Metric staff!!!! More
