Bad Service advice I was at the shop to get a multi-point inspection and I was told to replace my front & back brakes. When I took the van to Firestone they said my bra I was at the shop to get a multi-point inspection and I was told to replace my front & back brakes. When I took the van to Firestone they said my brakes are absolutely fine. Not sure who to trust! More

worst place ever! I don't know where to start but this place just car about your money. I bought my car from them, every oil change i went here. One of the oil change t I don't know where to start but this place just car about your money. I bought my car from them, every oil change i went here. One of the oil change they crack my car`s oil pan strip, and now they deny. Service adviser( Vincent) he has really attitude problem. Manager of the department, he just keeping saying" you have to pay" you have to pay". If i need to pay, i will pay no worries but listen to customer first. After they listen to you, they are looking at your face speechless.And Service manager said that" i have to run this place, it doesn't work that way" Is that really costumer service skill? or are they really care about us? or they really focus on customer satisfaction? By the way anytime you go there, just be ready that you will waste at least 2 hours of your life for any single service check.... More
