Poor and unreliable service Ryan will do anything to meet his quota even if that includes lying to his customers. They basically lied to me about a monthly rate because they wanted to take more money out. Be cautious of the service that are being done at Route 22 Nissan. I'd definitely not be bringing my car back here at Route 22 Nissan. I won't be surprise if something broke in your car a month after they fixed your car. More

there is no Customer Service at this Service department I am so over dealing with the Service department at this dealership! I dropped my car off on August 11, 2017 with what seems to be an issue with th I am so over dealing with the Service department at this dealership! I dropped my car off on August 11, 2017 with what seems to be an issue with the convertible top keeping my windows from functioning. I say "seems to be" because i haven't received one telephone call since then to inform me of the actual diagnosis. I finally called yesterday afternoon and after being disconnected three times, a young woman tells me she will have the Finance Department return my call. WHAT?! "Why would the Finance department call me about my car that you've had for over two weeks"? Long story, short i speak to a service rep who tells me my car is not ready, a part just arrived and the mechanic just returned from vacation. So no one thought I 1) deserved a call after a few days to tell me what was going on; 2) they have to order parts which will take a while or 3) the mechanic will be back a week after the date we initially told you?!! This isn't the first issue I've had with them. I'm done with being treated like my business doesn't matter --- the owner or general manager should really consider providing customer service training. I purchased my car from this dealership and have never questioned the service rep when told i needed something done to my car. I take it regularly for oil changes and recommended scheduled services. i am frequently contacted and asked to turn in my current car for another - NO! my mother loves the rental car i'm driving so much, i actually thought of purchasing a Rogue from them - xxxx NO! i'll take my business elsewhere. Waste your time scheduling an online appointment I made my online appointment with Route22Nissan for my 10K maintenance for my NV200 VAN. When I arrived to the facility, a guy asked me the regular I made my online appointment with Route22Nissan for my 10K maintenance for my NV200 VAN. When I arrived to the facility, a guy asked me the regular questions of what kind of service I wanted. I showed him my online printed scheduled appointment with all the details about the requested service. He told me to go into the waiting room and take some coffee. After 1:30 Hrs of waiting in the room, nobody was calling me, so I approached one of the guys in an small office. He told: "We have been looking for you, you never left a contact phone, what kind of service to do on your VAN and so on". I told him that I explained that to the guy who took my keys; moreover, I had scheduled a 7:40 AM online appointment with all the details for the maintenance. He told me that "what I did online, is not valid. I had to approach to the office and explain one of the guys what kind of service I want. I replied him that I did that with the boy who took my keys, and I have my printed copied of the appointment that explains all of this. He repeated me again that The online appointment IS NOT VALID, not even a phone appointment. You have to come here and do it by yourself. I have received 3 messages from Route22Nissan in my cellphone reminding me for my appointment and I have some emails also. In conclusion, I took my car to Toyota, they did it fast, cheaper and people are more professional. NEVER EVER GO TO Rout22Nissan and I will never go, even if they give me a new car. More

You are treated like the number they give you when you check in. They don't return calls. I've been waiting for a call back regarding parts for 7 months. Each time I reach out, I'm told that the "service manager" will call me. I'm still waiting. I'll be taking my car to another Nissan Service Center. I will never return to Route 22 Nissan. More

Nissan is undeniably has a good performance rating but I hope nobody will end up in the same ATTENTION NISSAN POTENTIAL BUYERS AND NISSAN OWNERS... Nissan is undeniably has a good performance rating but I hope nobody will end up in the same dilemma I am having. I own a Nissan Pathfinder 2001 with good working engine and transmission and still nice looking body but the steering shaft was broken not too long ago. I went to Sansone Woodbridge dealer with my VIN number and ordered the corresponding part needed. Comparing the original part to the one arrived, it is obvious, its not the same. It came out, 10 percent, according to inquiry by parts department of Sansone, of Nissan Pathfinder manufactured on that year, the steering mechanism was different from the rest. Unfortunately, Nissan already stopped manufacturing that specific spare part of those 10 percent, so I cannot purchase any brand new spare part for my car. My alternative is going to the junk yard but chance of finding is almost nil considering its only 10 percent of Pathfinders produced on that period. Besides, i want brand new part because its the steering shaft. Thanks to Jack Fischer of Sansone parts department who is very kind and helpful but if you end up dealing with his partner who is rude and with condescending attitude who told me, even showing the apparent difference of the two parts, not to do it myself and get someone who knows how to do the job, instead of focusing on the issue, it will just aggravate the heavy headache. He did not know that i have a mechanic who is certified. More

I visited last Saturday September 10, my Service Agent Nicholas wrote me up and I authorized to change for new tires. I was surprised that he came back to me and told me that the technician Emanuel thought my tires were good enough for the winter and it was up to me to change. Normally from my experience it would be changed just to make the sale. The staff at this dealership are always professional and friendly, this action has cemented my Committment as a loyal customer. Not about the sale, but satisfaction and pure honesty. Thanks Nick and my Emanuel truly classy! More
