Egregious service Usually I never complete surveys because of time restraints, but I made it my business to ink a time to submit the aforementioned survey. The Nissan parts department and there customer care representative on rt: 22 are totally incompetent. My wife had a door handle issue with her Nissan Rogue which turned into a customer nightmare. The first repair appointment was canceled, the second appointment my wife took off from work only to be met by an parts employee who ordered the wrong part for said vehicle. The third appointment was conducted days later only to have the same part inoperable. The customer care person was more concerned with the post my wife made with her dissatisfaction. A $123.00 dollar credit was applied not including taxes, and $ 156.00 dollars was paid by customer on a $300.00 dollar part. Several problems exist with the entire incident: 1) The time and lost of pay my wife had to incur, 2) The lack of professionalism and being more concerned about a rating from a post, 3) The same part still inoperable, and the inconvenience of making an 4th appointment. Then the icing on the cake is an salesmen calling trying to get my wife into a 2018 Nissan. All the nerve and the audacity, I can tell you we will never go back Nissan, nor will we remove this he first post, and this second entry will be posted on social media... More
