Les was / is awesome Les took time to speak w/ me about the car. Addressed issues that weren’t fixed. Even apologized for nasty girl w/Rosy Perez voice. First time I calle Les took time to speak w/ me about the car. Addressed issues that weren’t fixed. Even apologized for nasty girl w/Rosy Perez voice. First time I called I was on hold for 5 minutes. I hung up and called back 3 times after that & she didn’t answer the phone yet pushed me out to the hold music. She should be lucky to have a job. Oh & I want to mention Omar and Abigail who are really amazing!! More

Awful experience This was my second service w| them &| I did not like any of them. For one , noone can ever explain the warranty I paid for, which I was not aware of. This was my second service w| them &| I did not like any of them. For one , noone can ever explain the warranty I paid for, which I was not aware of. When you call they dont know how to greet customers. The service I got given made me fail inspection. Nevertheless they checked my battery &| they stated it was in good condition, since my visit I’ve had 3 diff people give me a jump start. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Waste of time &| $. More
