3 hour oil change ? A simple oil change took 3 hours, meanwhile the problem with my brakes wasn’t fixed. My brakes on a 2017 Sentra are squeaky like a NJ transit bus. Despite cleaning and re oiling the brakes the technicians failed to figure out the problem. Pricing is way over priced, sure your representative is friendly but will over charge you and waste your time. More

I informed the service technician that I hear some strange noise when I drive my car abo I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with my recent visit. I informed the service technician that I hear some strange noise when I drive my car above 60mph. The technician told me that he can't hear any noise. I am very troubled that I can hear the noise and all my passengers can hear it but the mechanic did not hear any noise. Moreover, the technician told me there is nothing wrong with suspension. I know that the suspension is fine. The noise has nothing to do with suspension. I am leasing my car from you but I will not lease or buy from you anymore. My car is 9 month old and has 9000 mileage. Very upset and unhappy about your service. More
horrible customer service experience I had a 9:30 appointment on a Saturday morning . I arrived at service at 9:15 and drop my car off and awaited to speak to a rep about the origin of my I had a 9:30 appointment on a Saturday morning . I arrived at service at 9:15 and drop my car off and awaited to speak to a rep about the origin of my visit. I believe I sat in the waiting room for about a hour and twenty minutes and nobody even called my name to register my car and here my concern and the reason to for my visit . I finally got the attention of manager Les who then took my information down and apologized for the inconvenience. I dropped off my car at 11 and told them I will not be waiting for the diagnosis test and to please give me a call once completed. It was four o’clock in the afternoon when I decided to head back to the dealership because I hadn’t received a phone call all day. I arrived and waived down manager les again and finally received an update on my car. They where unable to diagnose the issue so I requested my vehicle and returned home . This took my entire Saturday and that was with a appointment scheduled in advance . That was not the best experience I have received at service in a dealership. More
