My quick oil change n tire rotation and brake inspection I arrived at 3:30 for a 3:40! Appointment. I was taken right in and released the vehicle to them. In about 5 mins. I was called in to discuss the service of my vehicle and then told to have a seat in the waiting room. As I was waiting and talking with 3 other ladies one lady said it was a 2 hour wait that they were behind due to a vehicle emergency. As we all were alarmed that we would be there for a long period of time my name was called and my vehicle was ready to all our surprise! Well needless to say I was happy with my quick service and on my merry way! Thank you Nissan! More

Incomplete service I brought my car in for service on Monday and again they failed to replace the windshield wipers as requested. This is the 2nd time. I explained back I brought my car in for service on Monday and again they failed to replace the windshield wipers as requested. This is the 2nd time. I explained back in December that the driver side wiper broke off while in use so I replaced it with a standard wiper until I could get to the dealership. In December Nissan service manager agreed to replace both wipers at no charge - it was not done - and again on Monday - and again it was not done. If you cannot do a simple thing like change wipers I question rather my car is being serviced appropriately. How do I know if you are really checking the times, brakes, fluids and other critical points as you claim on the invoice. I depend on you all to ensure my vehicle is functioning properly but is that the case if you are not checking behind the technicians to ensure that they are doing what is on the service request. My time is valuable. i do not have time to run up to Hillside just to have windshield wipers replaced. Next time I come in for service I would like to physically review all service that is performed and have a supervisor sign off. More
