Disappointing I had to come back 3 times in order to get my car fixed, due to lack of communication. The second time I brought it back, I was told u had to schedul I had to come back 3 times in order to get my car fixed, due to lack of communication. The second time I brought it back, I was told u had to schedule another appointment because they were "too busy", even though I had an appointment for that visit. From the time I initially brought the car in until the time it was actually fixed took over a month. I did have a follow-up conversation with Casandra Rene, who was very polite and helpful after hearing about my experience. She gave me her direct contact information and promised to take care of me for future visits and offered me coupons as compensation. More
