Yes not based on this visit Check in at about 7:05am. Was told I would get my car back by 9:30am, since I didn’t live too far away I was going to go home and I was told I would Check in at about 7:05am. Was told I would get my car back by 9:30am, since I didn’t live too far away I was going to go home and I was told I would get a shuttle. At 8:02am I took a Uber home because I didn’t want to wait any longer and I called the service desk to let Mr Omar know I had left the facility. I called to see if my car would be ready at 9:57am I was told it would not be ready until 12/12:30pm. Still I wasn’t upset because since he had said he would get my car detailed that would be the extra time. At 1:06pm I called to follow up with getting my car now a time was not given but Omar was busy on the phone and would call me back according to the receptionist. I received no call back. At this point I was like look if you need to keep the car overnight let me know. Again thinking perhaps the detailing of my car would need extra time. Plus in my mind I thought you closed at 5. At 3:17pm I called back after realizing that you were open til 7 and told the young lady I would get my car at at approximately 5:30pm. When I arrived after my car being there all day my car was not detailed. My tires were shining and the bird poop was still on my car. So no you aren’t getting a good rating from me for this visit. I literally sat and waited for Nissan all day for nothing. More

Review of my service at Route 22 My service representative was Joe. He was very friendly and explained the repairs on my car step by step. He had to request authorization from my tire protection company and followed-up with them to ensure that I wasn’t waiting at the facility any unnecessary additional time. I will highly recommend Nissan at route 22 and Joe the service rep. More

Poor Customer Service I go in for a simple repair. I call back days later to get status on my car and get no answers with numerous messages sent to my advisor. The front de I go in for a simple repair. I call back days later to get status on my car and get no answers with numerous messages sent to my advisor. The front desk eventually declines my call each time I dial Nissan Service/Sales center. Result: car wasn't even started so I get a rental. Once my car is done I receive it, (2 weeks later) returned with a flat tire and mixed messages from both the advisor and mechanic on what happened. Overall, its poor communication between departments and young poorly trained staff. I'm all for giving the younger crowd a chance to provide good customer service, but with that experience I will be requesting an older more seasoned worker. More

Horrible I sat for over 3 hours for a saftey malfunction with my brand new suv And when i left after being told the issue was fixed, it happened again less th I sat for over 3 hours for a saftey malfunction with my brand new suv And when i left after being told the issue was fixed, it happened again less than 5 minutes after leaving... when i call the service dept right away i was told that I should clean the sensors when i get home. This is my wifes vehicle and I have 2 small children. This by far is the worst experience of my life. Horrible More
