Service murano Service was professional. Very attentive and thorough. However I was there for 6 hours and wasn’t able to get the shuttle to shop even or get food. Service was professional. Very attentive and thorough. However I was there for 6 hours and wasn’t able to get the shuttle to shop even or get food. Receiving free oil changes doesn’t really help because I get that from my regular dealership for life. Overall much better service but the time was an issue. More

Paid service never completed (confirmed by Service Advisor). I am a long standing customer of Route 22 Nissan. I was very disappointed with the level of service received on 7/28/18. The Service Advisor informe I am a long standing customer of Route 22 Nissan. I was very disappointed with the level of service received on 7/28/18. The Service Advisor informed me that my car needs rear brake pads and rotors for $350. A few months ago, I paid for the front and rear break pads & rotors service at Route 22 Nissan. The Service Advisor stated the rear break pads and rotors work was never completed. However, I paid for the service. This is totally unacceptable! More
