I went to this dealership on Saturday June 9th 2012, I originally went there with my own financing and had my eyes on a certified pre owned maxima. One individual approached us and helped us with one car originally went there with my own financing and had my eyes on a certified pre owned maxima. One individual approached us and helped us with one car but then after test driving just one care the other salesman left us without a word. Baseem (after the first salesman abandoned us) walked up to us and asked if we needed help, he was very polite and saved a customer from leaving his dealership. He was very patient and wanted me to have the best car. I drove off that day with my 2012 Altima and I was elated with the customer service. John, who was the finance rep also made sure that everything was taken care of, made sure that i understood everything before i left his office, he made me feel very comfortable with my decisions and I have no regrets. Baseem followed up with me, to make sure that he had my insurance information, he remembered my name and is truly genuine in his approach. Baseem and John make a great team, in fact my Brother is at the Dealership buying a car from them as I type this review. Awesome service, awesome people makes a happy customer. More

To my dismay there were NO used Murano's on the lot ( Had a great experience I was greeted as soon as I got in the door by a gentleman named Dwight. To my dismay there were NO used Murano's on the lot (the only reason I gave a "4" for overall experience) so within minutes Dwight took us around the lot to show us what was in-stock and more importantly in our budget. He was personable, happy and super easy to work with. I'm so grateful that this car dealership exists! Needless to say I left with a large SUV without breaking the bank thanks to Dwight, Marc and Anthony. I waited an extra year to trade-in my vehicle because I didn't want to deal with the aggravation and jerks at the dealerships, had I known it was going to be this easy I would have been driving a newer and larger car months ago! Thank you Meadowlands Nissan you seriously made my weekend! More

I had a great experience at this dealer. Everyone was great especially Christian, he worked very hard to get me a loan for my 2012 Altima. Without him none of it would've been possible. I have been shopping at Route 22 Nissan since 2005, and have probably bought a car there every year since. I am pleased to say that although my experiences has ranged in satisfaction, since Sal and Howard have probably bought a car there every year since. I am pleased to say that although my experiences has ranged in satisfaction, since Sal and Howard has took the helm, things have been on the up and up in the past two years. Recently, I purchased a few used cars there, which I was not entirely satisfied with, no fault of theirs, probably the lack of care from the previous owners. However, the guys at Route 22 did very RIGHT by me, and I am very grateful for that. Following a decision to downgrade to family vehicles, I am looking forward to an upgrade in the near future, and hope the guys can put me into a 370z for a great DEAL!
