Best Car buying experience ever ! I was in and out within 2 hours which is a personal record for buying a car. Wasi was awesome...no upselling, not pushy, straight forward and best of I was in and out within 2 hours which is a personal record for buying a car. Usually you have to talk to 4 different people before you get out of the dealership with your car. I would suggest you use his 32 years experience and buy from Uncle Wasi !! Best Experience Ever!!!! Before coming to Empire Nissan we had been to other dealers. Our experience at the other dealers were way beyond horrible compared to Empire Nissan. We were greeted at the parking lot, were taken on test drive with no pressure. Manny stuck with us as patient as possible all the way to the end not knowing the outcome. Adam stepped in just as we were going to give up. Adam new what we were capable of and didn't give up on us. I think he gave us a very good deal and worked along with another gentleman (sorry didn't get his card, with name), wish I would have remembered his name cause Empire Nissan was the best experience I have ever had. Bought LEAF at Empire through Costco 4-05-13. Bought LEAF at Empire through Costco 4-05-13. Negative: Was told but not shown Costco price as is policy. Was promised name of contractor to install home 220 charger (never got the name) but salesman got distracted by another customer and made me wait for > one hour to complete my transaction. Salesman refused my request to top off electric charge while waiting. . When we finally closed the deal, I thought my LEAF orientation was OK until I visited Carson Nissan on 05-12-13 for a 26 minute "quick charge" on their Level 3 charger (nice!), Salesman there (Irwin Vasquez) filled in the many holes in my understanding of the vehicle. Two weeks ago, "Owner Loyalty Manager" Irma Vasquez of Empire Nissan called me in re to my mostly negative internal Nissan review. She promised to send me the written confirmation of my Costco quote, but to date, this has not been forthcoming. The Empire service manager, Jerry Farris, has sent me two letters promising 4 free oil changes even though I can't use them in that my car is electric! Positive: A service tech felt sorry for me waiting in the customer lounge and was actually quite kind and informative. Complimentary popcorn was delicious. Love the car! More
Used True Car to get invoice pricing and other information. Once I got the numbers, I sent emails to most local dealers near me. Received several responses but Anthony was one of the first to reply with a quote. He answered all my questions and concerns. He was very courteous and most importantly to the point. We were able to negotiate a price that I was satisfied with. Went to the dealership to meet in person. Was able to work a slightly better deal when I was there. We agreed on the price that day but they had to trade the vehicle from another dealership. He called me the next day to let me know the vehicle was there, we went to the dealership, signed the papers and picked the car up. Overall a pretty smooth transaction. I can't stress enough that Anthony was direct to the point. No wishy washy tactics that I have seen in other dealers. Whenever I asked for something, he would either tell me it it was doable or not straight forward. I am in the market for another car within the next 2 months and I would not hesitate to go back and work with him on another vehicle. More

The worst sales manager in the world. I was browsing around for a minivan and dealing with one of the sales person. The sales person is understand very well our situation and what we wanted. However like any dealership if you bargain they will bring the sales manager out. The sales manager came out, shook our hand didn't even mention his name. ok fine, then he start talking about the price bla bla bla....going around and around and around no ending and try to intimidate us and keep giving us MSRP price back and forth where with the other salesman actually the price already way lower than this sales manager told us. I have a lot of patience in me, this is the first time I ever snap and yelling at this sales manager. I WOULD NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!! More
I received a call from an extremely professional service manager at the dealership. He was apparently unaware that I was unsatisfied with the service I had received from his department and he is working wit manager at the dealership. He was apparently unaware that I was unsatisfied with the service I had received from his department and he is working with me personally to resolved my issues. Based on my conversation with him, I am very hopeful that there will be a positive outcome for all involved. I look forward to submitting an updated review in a couple of weeks. More
