Used True Car to get invoice pricing and other information. Once I got the numbers, I sent emails to most local dealers near me. Received several responses but Anthony was one of the first to reply with a quote. He answered all my questions and concerns. He was very courteous and most importantly to the point. We were able to negotiate a price that I was satisfied with. Went to the dealership to meet in person. Was able to work a slightly better deal when I was there. We agreed on the price that day but they had to trade the vehicle from another dealership. He called me the next day to let me know the vehicle was there, we went to the dealership, signed the papers and picked the car up. Overall a pretty smooth transaction. I can't stress enough that Anthony was direct to the point. No wishy washy tactics that I have seen in other dealers. Whenever I asked for something, he would either tell me it it was doable or not straight forward. I am in the market for another car within the next 2 months and I would not hesitate to go back and work with him on another vehicle. More

He cared about our satisfaction more than just the sale ( that was new for me in any dealership. this was my first experience in Empire Nissan and it won't be the last. I realy recommend the dealer. The worst sales manager in the world. I was browsing around for a minivan and dealing with one of the sales person. The sales person is understand very well our situation and what we wanted. However like any dealership if you bargain they will bring the sales manager out. The sales manager came out, shook our hand didn't even mention his name. ok fine, then he start talking about the price bla bla bla....going around and around and around no ending and try to intimidate us and keep giving us MSRP price back and forth where with the other salesman actually the price already way lower than this sales manager told us. I have a lot of patience in me, this is the first time I ever snap and yelling at this sales manager. I WOULD NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!! More
I received a call from an extremely professional service manager at the dealership. He was apparently unaware that I was unsatisfied with the service I had received from his department and he is working wit manager at the dealership. He was apparently unaware that I was unsatisfied with the service I had received from his department and he is working with me personally to resolved my issues. Based on my conversation with him, I am very hopeful that there will be a positive outcome for all involved. I look forward to submitting an updated review in a couple of weeks. More
It was a pleasant experience buying a new car. Joe was very helpful and straight forward. I was pre-approved, no hidden agenda, came in checked out the car for a spin, signed the paperworks and waited fo very helpful and straight forward. They had car for 2 weeks, for simle warranty repairs. They had car for 2 weeks, for simle warranty repairs. They never called when promised, so we called & told car was ready, pick it up. After pick up, instantly saw that NONE of the promised work had been done, the free fluid checks that they volunteered to do had NOT been done (& rad water /battery waters were too low!). When we called them, the service advisor was indignant.rude, would NOT give explenation of why we were told to pick it up . We relied on better busines bureau good rating to chooose this dealer. But, as with other times, we have learned that those ratings are too often trumped up and VERY WRONG/misleading! Nissan should be made aware of this awful dealer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
