Great customer service in every dept. I purchased a 2015 Altima back in February. The manager John Fakhoury really helped me out as far as trying to get me what the car I needed. Which is more than I can say about the other dealerships that make all these promises that when you come back the following year to trade your car in for something better they will work with you. I tried trading in my vehicle at the first dealership where I originally purchased my vehicle and didn't get anywhere with them and got terrible customer service. I went to Empire Nissan and even though my trade in wasnt a Nissan, John helped me out so much and was so patient with me. I'm loving my car and the great service I get all around when I take my car in for maintenance. No complaints More

Brake issue I heard a horrible sound when braking, but I was in Beverly Hills. I brought it in to the store in the afternoon and Gary was so helpful. I explained that I was just here one week ago and no one suggested to do anything to my brakes, only that they need service soon. I now needed brakes all around and my rotors needed replacing. I was concerned that the shop did nothing last week when I was in for an oil change. My brakes were now shot in one week! Gary checked it out and said that I had gone through the front rotors and said that there was an error in not replacing the brakes last week. He comped my rotors and had the brakes replaced in under the three hours I was told it would take. Gary has amazing customer service and knows how to make a customer satisfied with their service, Thank you! More

Service I went in for an oil change and two warning lights. My oil change was easy and fortunately my brake light just meant I needed brake fluid and not bra I went in for an oil change and two warning lights. My oil change was easy and fortunately my brake light just meant I needed brake fluid and not brakes! I also had a low pressure light on. They found a nail in a tire. They added air, but told me they do not repair tires! Why doesn't Nissan fix a flat? I had to take it to a second place to have it repaired. Also, I had asked for a car wash, but was told that they can not guarantee it as the guys do not always want to wash the car! After I waited for my car, why didn't I get a car wash? Was it because I did not spend enough? More
