Friendly and Efficient I was looking online to buy a car: Rav4, Tuscon, or a Rogue. I called the dealership and Dave answered my call. I asked for Costco pricing and other I was looking online to buy a car: Rav4, Tuscon, or a Rogue. I called the dealership and Dave answered my call. I asked for Costco pricing and other available rebates. He was friendly and provided all the information that I requested and wanted to schedule a time to talk about the Costco pricing. I wasn't available until a few days later. Later the same day, he called back to inform me that he found pricing that was better than Costco pricing. I was skeptical at first but the calculation did work out to be so. I ended up buying a Nissan Rogue there at Empire Nissan. More

Totally customer orientated This is our third Altima that we have purchased from Empire and each time we dealt with Joe. We also always deal with Gary Worley the assistant serv This is our third Altima that we have purchased from Empire and each time we dealt with Joe. We also always deal with Gary Worley the assistant service manager when we have any maintenance issues. Both of these guys are unequaled with respect to making sure that the customer is taken care. We will continue to drive 25 miles to Empire for service, passing 3 other Nissan dealers along the way, because we know we are valued customers and will be taken care of properly. If you want to buy a Nissan, go to Empire and see Joe and see Gary for service. More

Dealership Excellent/Nissan fuel issues Just wanted to say thank you for the fast efficient service when I brought my 2015 Nissan Rogue in yesterday for an oil change. Your Service advis Just wanted to say thank you for the fast efficient service when I brought my 2015 Nissan Rogue in yesterday for an oil change. Your Service advisor Gary Worley was indeed courteous efficient and very accommodating. My Rogue had a slow leak in the right rear tire, he inspected it and determined that it was repairable and even made a suggestion as to where I could get it repaired, since Empire no longer provides that service. I was in and out inside of 30 minutes, I was impressed with Empires service, especially Gary Worley, he is an excellent representative for Empire Nissan. The only thing I don’t like about my Nissan is that is that according to the Owners Manual is says that my warrantee will be voided if I use ethanol fuel E-15 or E-85. The only place I can find pure Gasoline is in Redlands. Locally I can find some service stations that say their fuel is up to 10% Ethanol. Then it is not guaranteed that their fuel cannot be higher than 10%. If I had it to do over again I would buy a different car that would be capable of using fuel that contained ethanol. I warn my friends about this caveat that is not talked about during the sales process, you have to find it out when you read your owners manual. That being said, I am very pleased with Gary Worley who will be my go to guy for service. More
