Of course, I returned and he took me to the garage and along with a service technician explained the issues. I left the car overnight to think about would I proceed with service or inquiry about a new vehicle. Upon leaving I ran into John who immediately took me under his wing and directed me to Anthony and I began asking questions about a new Murano. Returned the next day able to take an additional ride to my home to check out if the car would fit in my garage and my ride along salesman was Ramsey very personable guy. I did make a decision to purchase and all along the way I was given time, advice , options and had the fortune of meeting Basil who would made the paper signing painless.
