Joe is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and their features and he always takes the time to show you how they work. He listens to your needs and does his best to make them happen for you, and he delivers every time. Not only does he deliver, but he is very efficient at what he does. I purchased my first Altima from Joe about 14 years ago, and a Sentra from him about 10 years ago. Just replaced both with 2016-17 models, and had an excellent sales experience with both. The Best Experience Buying My First Car! At first I was not happy with the fact that the Feet manager that I had talked to over the phone the night prior to me coming in did not even show up. Anthony was the one who greeted me when I arrived and agreed to take care of me instead. He was super polite and seem eager to make sure I found the car that I not only was looking at, but one that would accommodate my budget and made sure I fit in to it comfortably. I never felt like he was trying to sell me on something I didn't want or need, only what I wanted. Even though I made him run around looking for the exact car I wanted, he never showed any kind of an attitude or acted like I was putting him out. Even when I sat down with Rizwan to sign all the paperwork, the great service and attitude never stopped. Rizwan worked with me to get me the best deal while staying within my budget.
