Saved the day As always the team at empire Nissan saved the day my Juke had been hit from the rear and was in a different companies shop for over a month when I got As always the team at empire Nissan saved the day my Juke had been hit from the rear and was in a different companies shop for over a month when I got it back the service light was on and the other shop said it needed an oil change. I took my juke to empire and it was more than just an oil change that it needed the fuel recovery lines and a few other hoses were not connected. The other guys just slapped a band aide on my car but empire saved my day and my car.. More

The Service Manager is the worst crooked person ever! I took my car in due to stalling. I was told that I needed a new transmission and they charged me $360 to give me that diagnostics. They were wrong, I had a mechanic look at it afterwards and the car runs great after a transmission fluid change! when I called to speak to the Manager Jerry Ferris, I was treated like my business didn't matter. I have purchased 4 Nissans in the last 5 years and will never go back to Nissan because of the lack of professionalism of Jerry Farris! They rob you and then tell you that they need to be paid ! More
