I came in for my first routine maintenance, which was also my first time at Empire Mazda. Megan Dolce, who was helping me, was very friendly and knowledgable. I found it neat and convenient that they give text updates and also a video link of the mechanic explaining their work. Overall great experience. More
Took my car in for servicing. The facility is immaculately clean. Waiting for the car was painless…comfortable waiting room and coffee! I don’t know if everyone does this but I was provided a video of the technician inspecting my car by Megan Dolce (who coordinated the process for me). What a fantastic thing to do. Upon entering, I was pleasantly greeted, then on arrival at the front desk, met with Russel Teller, who experience with my Service appt for my Mazda. During my stay, he kept me updated with the process of the service, always with concern, and attentiveness. He was so polite and caring. He advised me when my vehicle’s service was completed and I was able to view y the maintenance video, ( which I Love this feature! ) !
