Antoine was my salesman, he was new and made a great impression. I was happy to be the second car he sold. He will be a great salesman. The sales manager, Kevin was professional and very willing to try to meet all my demands. I was also very impressed when I called the next day because I left my e-z pass in the car I traded in; Kevin offered to drop it in my mailbox because he lived nearby. Who does that! Someone who truly wanted to make a customer happy. What it did was help me make the decision to lease my next vehicle at Crystal Automall even though it is 25 miles away; a pretty far distance to have a car serviced. Thank you Antoine and a special thank you to Kevin. Maureen Melody More

Lindsey called to notify me that I could finance a new car for a price close to what I was paying for my lease which still had a year and a half left on it. Her and Andres helped me find the car and price I wanted and made the experience comfortable and stress-free. I was never pressured or pushed to make a deal and heard me out when I had concerns. Andres showed me the features of the model I was financing and helped me set up the Bluetooth. He even introduced me to the service dept. who would be taking care of my maintenance. Anthony Rendine has finalized my paperwork all three times I got a car from the dealership and is a great asset to them. He remembered me when I came in the door and chatted with me as if we were old friends before I even met with Lindsey; and he introduced me to Andres to start the process. He makes filling out life-changing paperwork easy and comfortable and thoroughly explains all the details of the paperwork so that's easy to understand. The staff at Crystal consistently brings me back for a process that can be stressful by making it less so. I recommend the dealership to my friends and co-workers every time I get a car there because of their excellent customer service and friendly staff. More

I was able to drive a couple Toyota's until I was comfortable purchasing one. They gave me a good interest rate and I feel like I was treated fairly. I'll definitely be going back for service and for my next car More
They are Liers. They confirmed the price with some add-ons and when I went back in the evening to get w/documents they pulled the deal and increased the price by almost $100. They started saying this add-ons and when I went back in the evening to get w/documents they pulled the deal and increased the price by almost $100. They started saying this was not included in the price. When I asked to show the worksheet with all costs included from the morning, they said they lost it and don't keep them. Idiots! waste of my time. Note down what they promise especially from the guy called Kevin More
They lost my car title for the used car I purchased and insisting that they mailed out my title more than a month back and have not received it back. How come I keep receiving their useless mails but not t insisting that they mailed out my title more than a month back and have not received it back. Where to begin? I bought my car at Crystal and the experience was ok. My first few service appointments (just oil changes and tire rotations) were fine, but after about a year they started pushing for experience was ok. My first few service appointments (just oil changes and tire rotations) were fine, but after about a year they started pushing for the big, several-hundred dollar services. Everything I read and everyone I talked to said those really aren't necessary, and Crystal wouldn't tell me what they actually did in the service, so I declined. They were incredibly pushy and condescending, tried to trick me into buying the service I didn't want. Over the next few service appointments, they offered a "free detailing" which was just a wash and vacuum. For a day-long appointment they promised a free loaner on the phone, but when I showed up and committed my car to them, they told me I had to pay to rent one for the day. They offered evening while-you-wait oil change services, but would run well over time. They lost my wheel lock key, claimed I must have lost it, and eventually I had to have the whole lock removed because Toyota couldn't replace the key. The people in the office would talk about me in Spanish, assuming I didn't know. The best was when I brought my car for an oil change and because the check engine light was on. I brought it in the evening and they promised to have it ready before closing. I got a ride home and they called later to say the engine light indicated a broken sensor, which would cost $400 to replace. They said if I didn't do it immediately, my catalytic converter would break within two weeks. Because of the price and my low level of trust in them, I told them I'd think about it and they should just finish the oil change for tonight. Once again they promised to call me later that night when it was done. When closing time came near and I still hadn't heard from them, I called, with no answer. Eventually we drove back to the dealership and found it completely locked up, with my car stuck inside!! I had to bum a ride to work the next day. This was all a few years ago (2001-2006) but it seems they have not changed since. Phone calls and letters to the Customer Service manager and dealership manager got zero response. A letter to Toyota corporate got a nonsensical response that there were no recalls for my car (???). So I started taking my car 45 minutes away to a different dealer for service, and despite the inconvenience, couldn't have been happier with that decision. Crystal are deceptive, pushy, rude, and seem to have no desire to actually provide service. More
Be very careful with the sales & closing dept reps!!!- These are very inexperience/entry level sales representatives which are driven by closing managers to peruse a customer to only focus on the "monthly These are very inexperience/entry level sales representatives which are driven by closing managers to peruse a customer to only focus on the "monthly payment" instead of being descriptive about MSRP, vehicle residual, closing cost, taxes & or service agreements. Lesson from this dealership: they are overpriced and are looking to find people to rip off. The sales person we delt with didn't know anything about the cars that he was selling. We went because we were looking to find people to rip off. The sales person we delt with didn't know anything about the cars that he was selling. We went because we were in the market for used highlander. Before we left, we test drove three different ones and a new mazda 5. We drove the first 2007 base model highlander and didnt really like it. the interior was really dirty and didn't make me want to buy it. The sales person then "found" a second highlander with more options which we liked until we realized that the second row middle seat didn't come out which was a function that was very important to us because that ment that the we could access the third row seating with two car seats. We then drove the mazda 5 because we saw it in the showroom and thought that it could be nice because its a 6 seater (we didnt like it). I later saw that the 2008 highlander's middle seat did come out so we drove that. We told the sales person while test driving that we liked it but its more than we wanted to spend. He said don't worry about the price. Then we talked about pricing. These people are way overpriced and are unwilling to budge. the sign on the car said the car was originally $34,500 and its now $30,900. We asked how much a new highlander would be. At first the sales person (who didnt know anything about any of the cars that we drove) said $31,000. Later the manager said $33,000. Why would I pay almost the same cost for a 2 year old car w/ 20k miles? the response was that this car was certified and that toyotas dont depreciate that much. After a quick back and fourth, the sales person and manager quickly realized that they could not rip us off the said that our price was too far from his selling price. We left. More
I had one extremely bad experience with Crystal Motors service when I first purchased my Toyota Celica in 1990 (purchased from a different dealer). yes -- 19 full years ago -- and from reading all of the service when I first purchased my Toyota Celica in 1990 (purchased from a different dealer). yes -- 19 full years ago -- and from reading all of these very negative reviews about Crystal's service, I can see nothing has changed. I went there to have my premium sound system repaired due to a shorting out of one of the speakers causing a high-pitched squeal. Although the service department was friendly, they had absolutely no idea what was wrong, and spent a large amount of time systematically replacing each component of my system, until one of the workers found an exposed wire causing the short. BUT -- while doing the work, they CUT the wires to my alarm device, which would no longer work correctly afterwards, and all they did was give me credit for work at their shop. THEN, to top it off, knowing I would rate them badly, the repair manager offered me a free oil change if I would let HIM fill out the rating form !! (I didn't take the bribe, and actually called Toyota to complain, but they did not include the info about the bribe...). Crystal has not changed .. and I have not gone there since for service. And, BTW, my 1990 Celica is STILL ON THE ROAD !!! I love it !! More
