David from the dealership was extremely helpful throughout my search for a new car. When I noticed scratches on the used car, the team was very patient and took the car to be detailed twice, which I really appreciated. The only downside was the experience with the final individual who handled the paperwork. He seemed rushed and was somewhat abrupt when answering questions, especially regarding the warranty that came with the car versus the 60-day warranty. Although I understand it was a Friday and still before closing time, his attitude made that part of the process less pleasant. Despite this, the rest of the team at Empire Auto was friendly and accommodating. More
Horrible company, we purchased used subaru from them and paid full amount. Waited 5 weeks to get title. Called them several times. Also, they charged us sales taxes and when we get title and we tried to reg paid full amount. Waited 5 weeks to get title. Called them several times. Also, they charged us sales taxes and when we get title and we tried to register our car and title clerk said we have to pay taxes. They suppose to do it so we won't have to pay taxes again. It is a xxxxing mess!!! Called them again now they are trying to find out what is going on. More
Service visit to do front brakes and replace all tires on Mazda6 (2018). During the visit the service tech knocked the rotor cutting machine into the front quarter panel of my vehicle causing an unsightly scratch and dent. Dealer offered to send car out for repainting at its expense and I declined and instead negotiated $1,200 off the service bill, which I used to repair with my body guy. 2,500 miles later I experienced vibrations in the steering. I had to replace the front brakes and rotors at my expense because the dealer failed to true the rotors during the service visit. I have lost time and money due to the incompetence of this dealer.
