The initial process was flawless and James restored my belief that dealing for a new car does not have to be worse than going to the dentist for a root canal. No hassle, no pushing for fake add ons, just straight forward price I received previously in the email. Unfortunately, we will have to wait a bit for the new car since the one we choose was not in stock. Delivery should be in about a week. Eagerly waiting for good news from James.
