Staff was very nice got most the problems fixed on my car but minus the big problem Which is why I sent my car there. I told them my tire pressure is slowly leaking out everyday and it was not fixed because but minus the big problem Which is why I sent my car there. I told them my tire pressure is slowly leaking out everyday and it was not fixed because it is still happening I bought new tires thinking it would fix the problem and they put the new tires on the front when they told me they rotated the tires other then that problem the gentlemen was nice and fast and easy with talking to explained most of everything he did but I wasn’t happy knowing it wasn’t fixed and now I’m all the way in Florida with my tire still leaking air out the back left tire costing me more money everyday putting air in my tire when I spent so much on 2 new tires that wasn’t even put on in the back so not sure if it’s the tire still or the rim causing the leak More
Extremely rude, seems a bit sexist and spoke down to me, definitely not coming back! Stated he was going to right down I refused to pay for any of his recommendations as if I was being reported to a princip definitely not coming back! No real issues with this dealership. Just never remember bringing my car in for a check-up, and getting exactly what I wanted. There always seem to be something else needed that I was not aware of. A quick note: If you take your Hyundai here for service, it's because you realize you probably have an issue that requires a place with the right diagnostic tools and yes, obviously they use all OEM parts. Parts and labor aren't the cheapest, but I know all issues with my car were addressed appropriately and swiftly with the right fixes applied. At no point did I feel like I was being misled or told I needed anything that wasn't necessary to fix the car. In about 24 hours, they also handled FIVE recalls (all free of charge) because my Hyundai is now 8 years old and had a few piled up. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service I received and notice a big difference with the way my car is now running/driving More
