Earlier this year, I decided to trade my 2021 Tucson Ultimate for the 2024 Tucson XRT. Initially, I wasn’t quite sure I had made the right choice since a few features I enjoyed in the Ultimate weren’t a Ultimate for the 2024 Tucson XRT. Initially, I wasn’t quite sure I had made the right choice since a few features I enjoyed in the Ultimate weren’t available in the XRT. However, after undergoing hip surgery, my perspective shifted completely. The XRT’s running boards (which the Ultimate didn’t have) made getting into the SUV so much easier post-surgery—an absolute game changer for me! I had my first scheduled service appointment a few days ago, and I must say, Jeffrey White and Frank Williamson were both incredibly friendly and helpful. It’s not easy to find such excellent service these days. Jeff took the time to thoroughly explain my service options, especially given my vehicle's low mileage. I was in and out quickly, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. This service department truly knows how to keep their customers happy and satisfied. More
Had same issue with door locks that I had two months ago, called Jeff White and told him about the fuse issue again and he had me bring the car in the next day and it was done in 22 minutes!!!!! I recently visited this dealership to address a minor issue with my Tucson XRT’s windshield wipers. Frank Williamson, the service advisor, not only promptly replaced the wipers but also suggested updatin issue with my Tucson XRT’s windshield wipers. Frank Williamson, the service advisor, not only promptly replaced the wipers but also suggested updating my Navigation system. I hadn’t considered this before, but it turned out to be a game-changer! The system now provides accurate directions, and I couldn’t be happier. Kudos to Frank for his proactive approach and excellent customer service. More
My daughter’s 2016 Tucson was having engine problems. After calling around, this was the only dealership within 100 miles that did not have at least a month backlog - now I know why. They determined the engine had a catastrophic failure and needed to be replaced for $14k. The car is not worth that much. I emailed back and forth with Donald Devlin, Sales Manager, about what he could give us for the car as is. Knowing what was wrong with the car and having for an over a week to do whatever they wanted to inspect it, he offered $2,500. We agreed on that price, signed the title, and were given a Bill of Sale. This was on a Sunday so we were told to either come back Monday to get a check or they would mail it. As to not drive 50 miles each way, we asked that it be mailed. Monday afternoon we get a phone call that they would not be buying the car and to come get it off their lot less they start charging a $35/day storage fee. No explanation as to why they back out of the deal they made. Fortunately I found a group that not only paid more for the car but showed up to take the car away on time and handed us a check in under 15 minutes. More
Not to happy about what happen with my Car. A year ago I took my car for a diagnostic because it had a check engine light on and the shift was not moving to reverse and other. At the time I could'n do the work save the paper to do it later when the money was available. Made an appointment. for the 26/ Sept./23 but canceled and reschedule for Oct.10. Took the car though that it was going to be fix by the following day my car was return to me Oct 18 with problems that the car didn't have, now Oct 19,2023 the check engine light is back on. Yesterday I call numerous time complaining about noise that my car didn't have before even took it back the noise still there spoke with Frank a very smarty mouth person my husband explain the situation he make fun of my husband replying to fix it again if he fix it before. the problem is also that every time I took my car there the part are not being install to the completion there is always a few screw missing. my husband is also a mechanic and know what he's doing after putting all screw that were missing from a previous job now missing again and part lose under the car. The excuse that they didn't work under the car but if you're working with the shift of the car that is under the car.I would like my issue to be resolve I din't pay $1,412.89 for the check engine to be on again.Also Would not take my car here again, customer are priority and they're always right. Also you suppose to have some one to check the car over before returning to the owner making sure that everything is in place nothing missing. Supervisor Jeff white please contact me. More

Please don’t waist your time or money going to this dealership, they had me lie to the bank in order for a fund to go through on a car that I didn’t even want in the First place, I could not afford suc dealership, they had me lie to the bank in order for a fund to go through on a car that I didn’t even want in the First place, I could not afford such high payments, in which I told them and they said there was nothing they could do for me. I traded in my car in which they “sent away” even before the fund got approved. I went back for my car after telling them I couldn’t afford the car and my trade in was already gone 12 hours after taking possession of the new car which is illegal, if anyone has any legal information on how to help me with this situation please get back to me, if this takes going to the attorney general I will do so. More
