I am the type to be very uptight and nervous in big situations and Mr. Washington made everything as easy and comfortable as possible! He took every step possible to work toward getting me into a new car. He also kept in touch with me periodically to make sure all of my needs were met. He went above and beyond! Definitely the best customer services experience I've had in a long time. It shows good people are still out there. More
Bait and Switch I was looking to buy a low mileage used Santa Fe and found one online at Empire with only 8,500 miles so I was very interested. After four call and numerous emails over a four day period, the last being just two hours before I arrived at the dealership, I was surprised and frustrated when they told me that the car was sold. But of course they did have another car that we could look at that had a few more miles and was “slightly” more money. They knew that we had just driven 2 hours with check in hand to buy that particular car so they must have assumed that we would just buy something else. Needless to say, my wife and I walked out. I will not do business with an organization that thinks it’s acceptable to treat a customer like this, and I hope this is a warning to others, so they won’t do it to you. More
Scam artists! Bought a car on Sunday...negotiated a deal for 4 hours....left with the new car. On Thursday, get a call to come in and sign final paperwork which looked nothing like the deal we agreed to. Payment was 140 a month higher due to the fact that they decided they did not want my trade depspite them advertising they would give 5000 over the book value of the trade which is what I negotiated into the price. Was told by the finance manager..."no problem...I would recommend you just let them repossess your trade, stop making payments and sign the deal". I explained to him (the finance manager) the effect that would have on my credit, nevermind, I am not the kind of person to ever do that. Ended up asking for my 2000 deposit back and my old car and left and filed a formal complaint with BBB. DO NOT EVER GO THERE....SHADY does not even begin to describe. Unprofessional. Liars. The sales person I worked with was very nice. It was the manager and finance people that tried to get me to sign somehting that I had not agreed to. More

I just recently purchased a genesis and so far couldn't be happier. No haggle, true rock bottom price, friendly staff, and great after the sales service. They looked out as far as 200 miles to find the car of my choice and was able to locate it. Most dealers only go 100 miles. I look forward to the great experience and continued service. More

Eric Moura was so beligerant I considered filing charges against him by the way I was treated. Recently I considered bying a newer Hyundai and Empire contacted me along with other dealers. I told them online about my experience and was told by Nicole D. that they were under new management. However, I still see many familiar faces on the payroll. Sorry can't do it would rather pay more for dignity. More
Excdellent Experience I went into Hyundai after having a very bad experience at another dealership and they made up for the bad experience. In less than 3 hours from test driving 2 different cars we drove off with a brand new 2014 Elentra GT for payments less than what a used car would of cost us for a used car. They work with everyone. This is one of the best experience that someone could ever expect from a car dealership. A special thanks to Joe (Finance), Paul (Sales Manger), Tony Reis (1 of the Salesmen) and Jasen (Salesman) for taking the time and respecting our nervousness and making this one of the best buying ecperience one can have. This was our second vehicle from Ricardo and as it was with the last one he is very knowledgable about the cars and super easy to deal with. He goes above and beyond to make sure we are fully happy. He even came to our home to go over the features ,once again, in our Santafe which we love. Also he took our car for an inspection sticker. You should defenately go to Empire and ask for Ricardo. Stay Away They'll write 3 shilll great review to try and bury this one. I had never bought a new car in my life and this was my first attempt at it. I knew that I was going to face high pressure sales but these people went above and beyond! I had done my homework and knew the vehicle that I wanted to purchase. I emphasized repeatedly that I did not want gamesmanship and only wanted to know the bottom line. They could, apparently, not get past their usual way of doing business and kept asking me what I wanted to pay a month. I could not get them off this tactic. When I pointed out that the ad quoted a certain price, they basically admitted the bait and switch and continued with the onslaught of sales pressure. At one point, they wanted me to write them a check to show my "good faith"! Two days after I had left, the GM, Paul, called me and flat out lied to me, offering me a price on a GLX Tucson that was, in actuality, a GL. I mean, flat out lied. All I had to do was check the inventory on the web site to find out the truth. In short, the worst! I'm actually glad that I went to Empire Hyundai first as they were so obviously over the top with the BS that every other place that I went to was a breath of fresh air. More
