false hopes" I went to the dealership on Saturday the 17th of January and I was greeted very nicely by steven Thomas a very nice man I also talked to Patrick McCa I went to the dealership on Saturday the 17th of January and I was greeted very nicely by steven Thomas a very nice man I also talked to Patrick McCarthy one of the sales managers also a very nice man so far?? they knew I needed to trade in my 2009 Toyota matrix that I was upside down in and they knew I had little or no money to put down towards the deal" so they showed me a nice jeep patriot which I thought was great" and I said I would like to do the deal on this one the (patriot) after doing some paperwork and talking to tyler one of the finance managers I was told to take the car home that they just needed to make some calls and the financing would be no problem this is what the specialize in!! (yeah right) ?? so I drove the car home showed it to the family they all liked it and then I was kind of nervous having it and not legally owning it so I took it back and drove my trade home until they got financing approved which they repeatedly said should be no problem as days went by and numourous call by me to steve Thomas and paul McCarthy still nothing was happening and they now wanted to put me into an (accent) or and(elantra) both cars smaller then what I was driving I told both paul and steve that I really needed a 4wd or awd car or suv but if they could do a sonata I might be interested if It was in my monthly payment range that I told them I could afford 440 a month maxium" so another day went by and still nothing no calls nothing steve Thomas did call me once and said they were working on it" paul McCarthy never called I had to always call him" at first I thought both these guys were great but boy was I fooled!! I finally on Thursday the 22nd of January talked to paul McCarthy ABOUT NOONTIME AND HE TOLD ME I HAVE GOOD NEWS WE GOT YOU APPROVED ON A SONATA" I SAID GREAT!! WITH MY (TRADE) RIGHT?? HE SAID YES!! then he said just come down and pick one out we will be good to go!! ok so I left work early drove the 15 miles down there and when I got there they set me up with a salesman tony who was very nice in fact him and I talked a lot about soccer" but the poor guy didn't know any details about the deal?? the other guy paul disappeared totally which I thought was very rude" so I test drove the car it was great I said ok lets do it" then tony comes into the office and tells me the payment is over 500 a month and your trade is not included" I said what they know I needed to trade in the car in the deal tony said im sorry they shouldn't have even had you come down here" it really upset me I really trusted these guys at the beginning and then this happens total deception and I wrote a note to the owner like this and told him this is not a way to run a business or treat customers" and also remined him the word of mouth is the best advertisement" so please watch yourself don't be fooled like I was" I really trusted these guys and they let me down" if the owner cares anything about customer quality then he'll do something about it if not then someday karma will come around and it may happen to him" buyer beware!! More

I am the type to be very uptight and nervous in big situations and Mr. Washington made everything as easy and comfortable as possible! He took every step possible to work toward getting me into a new car. He also kept in touch with me periodically to make sure all of my needs were met. He went above and beyond! Definitely the best customer services experience I've had in a long time. It shows good people are still out there. More
Bait and Switch I was looking to buy a low mileage used Santa Fe and found one online at Empire with only 8,500 miles so I was very interested. After four call and n I was looking to buy a low mileage used Santa Fe and found one online at Empire with only 8,500 miles so I was very interested. After four call and numerous emails over a four day period, the last being just two hours before I arrived at the dealership, I was surprised and frustrated when they told me that the car was sold. But of course they did have another car that we could look at that had a few more miles and was “slightly” more money. They knew that we had just driven 2 hours with check in hand to buy that particular car so they must have assumed that we would just buy something else. Needless to say, my wife and I walked out. I will not do business with an organization that thinks it’s acceptable to treat a customer like this, and I hope this is a warning to others, so they won’t do it to you. More
