Have your car checked I bought a car from here. Set up to have a safety recall issue fixed. They were able to set me up with a rental while they got my car fixed. They kept I bought a car from here. No refrigerent in the ac, control arm was bad, suspension was bad. I am glade to have had my car checked and fixed, but I feel that the car should have been checked before it was sold. We told them that we live far from the location around 120 miles away. So we asked them the correct price so that we can buy it. They said they can reduce the price in Hundreds . So we told we will visit in person. When we reached the dealership and mentioned the car we are looking!!!.. We are shocked to see the price bumped up in their site.. In a matter of hours they changed the price by increasing it in thousands...Once they realize a customer is going to visit for a particular car . They shoot up the prices of the vehicle... The way they treat the customers in terms of bargain is not fair... More

THE WORST! MILITARY STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! On May 8th I went to Empire Hyundai to inquire about possibly testing driving a car. They would not allow this until they ran my credit and also tried On May 8th I went to Empire Hyundai to inquire about possibly testing driving a car. They would not allow this until they ran my credit and also tried selling me a car beforehand. (They also ran my credit about five times without my permission.) They were pushy and also would not return my old car keys resulting me on being there for almost 3hours!! They kept sending different guys back and forth to me trying to get me to take a bad car that day. They also asked for my debit card or a check to prove I want the vehicle after I told them I will think about it. They stated that taking my card would prove to the financial representative that I am interested. They also doubted that I am active duty military after showing ID when I asked for that discount as stated by Hyundai and stated I would have to provide a DD 214 form. If these people knew anything they would know that form is an official separation from military service form! At that point I was DONE! I said I was not interested, asked for my keys and as they were trying to say I would not get a better trade in for my old car (they offered only $2,000 (I received almost $4,000 at Premiere Toyota, Middletown, RI). I left and since then I have had to contact them twice to stop contacting me. They are still trying to reach out via email and voice mails. NEVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP! THEY ARE HORRIBLE! More
