Hello Jed, True Car is the best pricing we can provide. When you had submitted the lead there was no Phone # and I see no phone calls of you speaking with anyone regarding your true car certificate. The true car certificate was for a 2015 Hyundai Sonata Sport which we do not have anymore in stock. We do have a few 2015 Sonata Base Models available, and we also have 2016 Sports available which you were not interested in. If we had the vehicle in stock we would have absolutely honored the pricing. If you see any other models you may be interested in you would just have to submit for a new true car certificate. I did not select any rebates and nowhere was it ever mentioned that you were selling me a demo for what others were selling a new car! Also the rebate on the true car qoute was $4000 cash back which everyone qualifies for. When you say "#1 in customer satisfaction" are you referring to your sales man saying "I guess you can have a good day" as we were walking out or the individual behind the desk yelling "I am not selling you the car!" There is a right way and a wrong way to deal with people you guys don't know how to deal with people. Priding yourself in being #1 in customer satisfaction is far different then practicing it.

Hello Michael, When you had traded in your vehicle you had $8,200.00 in negative equity which represents $200.00/Month in payments. Unfortunately with the advance of the loan, The interest rate came back much higher and you did sign an instant delivery stating you understood everything was subject to bank approval. If in fact when you sat down with a finance manager and he went over your options and at that point in time you could have not gone through with the deal. After spending nearly two hours in the finance dept. you found that it would be in your best interest to go forward with the transaction and signed your paperwork.
