Horrors in Car Buying at Empire Hyundai, Inc. Needless to say, I had an awful experience at the Empire Hyundai car dealership and would not recommend anyone to buy a car there, especially at the F Needless to say, I had an awful experience at the Empire Hyundai car dealership and would not recommend anyone to buy a car there, especially at the Fall River branch. These situations should not be occurring when you’re involving the purchase of a $31,000 vehicle, a brand new one at that. My boss, the Operations Director at 99 Restaurants, also shared with me a similar, awful experience he had had at Empire Hyundai. I hope that this will bring attention to this dealership, warning others to steer clear and pursue other dealerships when purchasing a car, and hopefully enhance the performa ce of the way this business is run. Thank you. More

2016 Azera Valdez Clark , my Salesman was courteous , professional and had excellent product and finance knowledge that best met my needs . Valdez Clark went above and beyond expectations to put the deal together . He was helpful ,made great recommendations, and kept me in the right direction with regard to the best suited purchase choices . Valdez explained the benefits of both leasing and purchase financing . After Valdez clarified the benefits of both along with all applicable rebates I was able to make the right choice . Valdez was exceptional . I met with Tyler Torres in finance was excellent . He got me the lowest interest rate . He also sold me additional warranty products that covered every component of my 2016 Azera that would not be covered under warranty . Tyler also sold me the extended warranty at 50% discount . Tyler helped keep me at the exact monthly payment they promised me . Overall ,my purchase experience at Empire Hyundai was excellent . I'd like to thank Valdez Clark and Tyler Torres for such a satisfying experience .
