Picked up a 50K 2020 F250 (13K miles) only to have no license plate bracket, one key (had to find 2nd one) , and 24 miles left of gas. Worst experience ever and won’t be back at all. Had a great experience! Needing to get out of my car and had no hope. I walked in and meet Matheus Melo and he worked with me for hours. Please don’t waist your time or money going to this dealership, they had me lie to the bank in order for a fund to go through on a car that I didn’t even want in the First place, I could not afford suc dealership, they had me lie to the bank in order for a fund to go through on a car that I didn’t even want in the First place, I could not afford such high payments, in which I told them and they said there was nothing they could do for me. I traded in my car in which they “sent away” even before the fund got approved. I went back for my car after telling them I couldn’t afford the car and my trade in was already gone 12 hours after taking possession of the new car which is illegal, if anyone has any legal information on how to help me with this situation please get back to me, if this takes going to the attorney general I will do so. More
