Rude, Unprofessional, and Super Shady I had the worst experience at Empire Hyundai, and I would urge anyone and anyone to avoid that palce like the plague. I was going to buy a 2016 Sonata I had the worst experience at Empire Hyundai, and I would urge anyone and anyone to avoid that palce like the plague. I was going to buy a 2016 Sonata, it was a Dealer demo, but while test driving it, I noticed it had a scratch on the back bumper. We worked out a deal and they agreed to get it touched up and detailed, this was a Sunday. Tuesday comes along and they call me that it is all set, to come in and sign the paperwork. I get there, and they bring me into the finance office to sign the paperwork, only no car, it's still at the shop. So I say that I won't sign until I see the car. The head finance Jerk Joe Carvalho calls me after I left and says if I don't get back there right now and sign, he was going to sell he car to someone else, lol, like that is supposed to scare me. That car had scratches and had over 3000 miles on it, go to xxxx Joe, you and your dealership can kiss you know what! Just so you know, your mouth cost you a sale. I went that same day to pride Hyundai in Seekonk and bought a 2016 Sonata Sport with 40 miles, and no scratches. They were way more professional, and they paid off my whole trade, not like you xxxx bags who low balled me. I hope you go out of business! Seriously people, go anywhere other than here. More

Completely dissatisfied I was treated pretty poorly over there. They made me feel dumb and I was pushed hard to make a purchase. I didn't like how they tried to get me to pay I was treated pretty poorly over there. They made me feel dumb and I was pushed hard to make a purchase. I didn't like how they tried to get me to pay $10 more for a the initial deal that I was offered and agree ed to. I was told I'd be able to get my car on a certain day and it kept getting delayed because the sales person didn't listen to what I said. I ended up getting my car a week after I purchased the vehicle. At some when I came to pick up the vehicle, I waited In the sales person's office for an hour and a half only to be told that I wasn't able to get it until they fix the registration! Also, they offered me a rental during that time and when I received it, the car was filthy and had absolutely no gas in it! I was just highly dissatisfied with this experience. More
