After talking a bit I test drove the Tucson. Looking over the car she showed and explained the features. It felt and looked smaller then my current vehicle so she showed me the Tucson Sport. Took it for a test drive and said this is the right vehicle! Going through the finance part she was very thorough that I understood everything and answered any questions I had. Surprising I went to Empire after my son talked to them the previous day. I wasn't expecting to leave with a car. Lyz explained all the options to me and it became apparent that I should finance rather than wait for my severance check and pay cash. I can use the cash to further pay down my higher interest debt. She was very friendly and I didn't feel pressured at all. This is the 3rd Hyundai dealership that I've used to purchase my 7 Hyundai's. I can't speak to the service dept yet but so far this dealership has impressed. More
