Satisfied Dealership exceeded my expectations in every aspect. Joey, the salesperson I spoke with, was very friendly and understood what I was looking for in a Dealership exceeded my expectations in every aspect. However, the paperwork I received stated that a "keyless entry remote" was included, but I was never given one. Nor was I given a spare key. Not that big of a deal, it's just the principle of the matter. Why charge me for something and then not give it to me? Overall, I am satisfied with my experience at Empire Hyundai. More

Worst costumer service ever I bought a 2016 cargo van with Hyundai Empire of Fall River and they listed for $19,999. at the time of the purchase and came up with a disclaimer of I bought a 2016 cargo van with Hyundai Empire of Fall River and they listed for $19,999. at the time of the purchase and came up with a disclaimer of $2,000.00 that wasnt on internet. Transfering should be a easy step took more than a 2 weeks drove without my registration. The van had no jack or wrench and window was loose. No success to get anything solved. More
