Am very happy with how the situation turned out. Love Tuscon Purchased 2017 end of year Tuscon. Signed P & S and financed around $8000,00 and drove car home. Later on I found $2000.00 was on my credit card. Cou Purchased 2017 end of year Tuscon. Signed P & S and financed around $8000,00 and drove car home. Later on I found $2000.00 was on my credit card. Could not see the $2000.00 on P & S anywhere. Being 76 and probably not being as sharp as 5 or 10 years ago, I showed the P & S to three different people. Only one person could point out where the $2000.00 maybe went. They had lowered the MSRP by that amount. Thought I was paying $8000.00 with trade I but in actuality, I paid $10,000. Looked up online and I understood that the deposit should be shown on the P & S which it did not. Will mail P & S to Attorney Generals office for them to look over. If they say that the P & S not showing the deposit is okay, then I may go in and change this Review and just live with the fact that I somehow messed up. Will never go back or recommend dealer. If the $2000.00 had been listed in black and white, then I would not have purchased the car at $10,000.00. Will follow up after Attorney General's office reviews. This is my updated review. I would like to thank Joe Carvalho for straightening out this matter. He came through like he said he would. Leaving a four star rating because it took s few months to resolve. Thanks again Joe More

Worst costumer service ever I bought a 2016 cargo van with Hyundai Empire of Fall River and they listed for $19,999. at the time of the purchase and came up with a disclaimer of I bought a 2016 cargo van with Hyundai Empire of Fall River and they listed for $19,999. at the time of the purchase and came up with a disclaimer of $2,000.00 that wasnt on internet. Transfering should be a easy step took more than a 2 weeks drove without my registration. The van had no jack or wrench and window was loose. No success to get anything solved. More
