I had already made up my mind that if a deal could be reached, to buy a Tucson and Empire was my preferred location since it it is conveniently located. Tony Demonte was recommended to me by a friend and he is indeed a very nice professional person who did make me feel very comfortable and confident with the car buying experience. I knew financial discussions could be an issue as I have experienced some financial challenges which I have been working at resolving over the past couple of years. I could have paid the car in cash but preferred not to take all the money out of savings and also gain the opportunity to rebuild my credit status and improve my credit score. Don't believe I actually did agree to purchase the vehicle on Saturday 11/4/17 rather than get my thoughts together over the weekend and finalize the deal on Monday 11/6/17. Also if there is data available regarding the extended paint and interior warranty insurance purchase I would appreciate receiving it. Also just a few days after getting the car I returned asking if a tire could be checked out as it was making a thumping sound. Turns out there was a screw in the tire. I was initially told it would cost I believe $23.00 to repair but then Jeff the Service Mgr. spoke with me and said there would be no charge as he did not think it was appropriate to charge for the repair since there was less than a hundred miles on the car. This was very much appreciated and has given me a good and comfortable feeling about the service offered at Empire. Thanks to all for the assistance in purchasing what up to now appears to be an excellent vehicle and for an over all good buying and business experience. Moe L. More
